Testing made simple

Our technicians are licensed and certified both on the state and national level through RESNET, FGBC, and Energy Star and are qualified to provide dependable, code compliant testing with professional standards on every project.

  • A Blower Door Test measures how much air leaks in and out of a home or building. It is a requirement to obtain your certificate of occupancy and helps identify areas that impact efficiency, comfort, and overall performance.

  • A Duct Leakage Test measures how much air is lost through a home’s duct system to ensure it meets energy code requirements and operates efficiently.

  • A Pre-Drywall Thermal Enclosure Inspection ensures the home’s insulation, air barrier, and sealing details are installed correctly before drywall. We inspect key areas such as framing penetrations, sealing, and insulation to identify issues early, helping prevent costly fixes later and keeping the project on track for final compliance.
